- Perform developmental editing for Learn Accessibility, collaborating with Carie Fisher to establish a top tier course for developers new to accessibility.
Google Chrome, Privacy Sandbox
- Led content strategy with engineering team leads, project managers, product managers, and other technical writers to determine content priorities and scope for the Privacy Sandbox on the web.
- Edited highly sensitive progress reports for government agencies and other external stakeholders, including the Competition and Markets Authority.
- Wrote overviews, created diagrams, and more technical content for all ads-related Privacy Sandbox APIs, including Attribution Reporting API, Shared Storage, Fenced Frames, and more.
Google Ad Manager, Help Center content team
- Lead escalation audits, which aim to decrease requests for assistance by updating documentation and providing actionable feedback for the UI.
- From 2018-2021, create and maintain Help Center (HC) documentation for Google Ad Manager and Authorized Buyers
